SF結(jié)構(gòu):
1、內(nèi)層:采用6mm厚的Q235-B鋼板制造,與普通的厚度僅5mm的單層油罐相比,強(qiáng)度提高。
2、外層:強(qiáng)化玻璃纖維層,厚度達(dá)到2.5mm以上,抗壓抗震性好。具有耐腐蝕性、耐電蝕性;
3、貫通間隙:0.1~3.5mm;300°的范圍,無(wú)牢固支撐。
4、加強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu):內(nèi)罐加強(qiáng)
5、檢測(cè)設(shè)備:泄漏檢測(cè)儀24小時(shí)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控,監(jiān)測(cè)到間隙空間底部液位時(shí)發(fā)出警報(bào)雙層油罐如果內(nèi)罐滲漏,雙層間隙內(nèi)帶有一定壓力的氣體或檢測(cè)液,會(huì)進(jìn)入常壓的內(nèi)罐;雙層間隙內(nèi)的壓力或液位會(huì)發(fā)生變化,觸發(fā)聲光報(bào)警器。儲(chǔ)液滲漏進(jìn)雙層間隙后,由于外罐完好,儲(chǔ)液并不會(huì)漏出。因此,儲(chǔ)液、土壤和地下水都是安全的。 [7]
如果外罐滲漏,雙層間隙內(nèi)帶有一定壓力的氣體或檢測(cè)液,會(huì)進(jìn)入土壤。同理,雙層間隙內(nèi)的壓力或液位會(huì)發(fā)生變化,觸發(fā)聲光報(bào)警器。此時(shí),由于內(nèi)罐是完好的,儲(chǔ)液安全;進(jìn)入土壤的只有氣體或檢測(cè)液,因此,土壤和地下水也是安全的。
由于內(nèi)罐接觸的儲(chǔ)液與外罐所接觸的土壤、地下水,屬于不同介質(zhì),對(duì)罐體材料腐蝕速率不同,在同一時(shí)間發(fā)生滲漏的概率幾乎為零。因此,可以杜絕儲(chǔ)液漏出罐外,做到了生產(chǎn)安全和保護(hù)環(huán)境

At this time, since the inner tank is intact, the liquid storage is safe; Only gas or detection liquid enters the soil, so the soil and groundwater are also safe.
Since the storage liquid in contact with the inner tank and the soil and groundwater in contact with the outer tank belong to different media and have different corrosion rates to the tank materials, the probability of leakage at the same time is almost zero. Therefore, it can prevent the reservoir from leaking out of the tank, and achieve production safety and environmental protection
